Jackson Wright Property was formed on the intent to do things differently in the property market, and that is exactly what we are doing with the launch of our fixed price “Property Menu”.

Using our fixed fee model, comparing against a typical percentage based fee of 1.5% a customer selling a detached property with us (at the local average price*) would be over £3,000 better off. Our flat fee of £5,500 covers all properties up to £1 million. If you sell a £900,000 house with Jackson Wright, you could save as much as £8,000!!

Why different?

For too long, the estate agency market has relied on percentages to cloud the market in terms of fees. We believe that your home is more than a percentage. We offer the best of both worlds, fixed fees but with all the service you’d expect from a high street agent.

The Fixed Price ‘Property Menu’

From April 2024, we’ll offer a fixed fee “property menu”. There are no hidden costs, what you see is what you pay. Our unique fixed fee pricing structure makes it clear from the outset what you will pay. It is only offered to Basingstoke customers.
